The item must be returned in its original packaging (opened bottles may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on orders placed more than 30 days ago or for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

4. Exchanges & Replacements
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll gladly replace it at no cost or offer a full refund.
